Booking Policy including Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Members should always book and pay in advance for events.
2. Seminar bookings must be made at least two days before the date of the event.
3. Members ONLY may attend seminars and tickets are not transferable.
4. Members may bring one paying guest on a day visit.
5. If you have booked a place on a day visit which you are unable to attend, a refund will only be offered if your cancellation enables a member or guest on the waiting list to take up your place.
6. Refunds for seminars cannot be made unless the event is cancelled by WAHG. Refunds will be made against the card used for the original booking.
7. If a seminar is cancelled because the speaker is unavailable, the Programme Planning Group will attempt to find a substitute speaker to cover for that day. Members who have booked for the cancelled seminar will have the option of either attending the newly arranged event or receiving a refund of fees paid for the cancelled one.
8. Booking conditions for UK and overseas tours will be circulated separately.
